Aisyah Zakiah is a lecturer at Department of Architecture, Universitas Islam Indonesia. She graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2016, with Master of Architecture degree. Her research focuses on green building, building energy, urban energy, architectural modelling and Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV). She is interested in exploring the potential of energy performance enhancement for reducing carbon emission in urban area utilising muti-objectives optimisation and generative design. She also currently serves as managing editor of the Journal of Architectural Research and Design Studies (2019-present).
