UII supports the faculty members to pursue higher education for master’s and Ph.D level in reputable national and international institutions. The provision facilities includes the preparation for the Ph.D program through the strengthening of the English Proficiency and establishing cooperation with scholarship agencies, including British Chevening-UK, AMINEF-USA, DAAD-Germany, AUSAID-Australia, DIKTI Scholarship from the Ministry of Education Republic of Indonesia, and etc. Pursuing higher education is also provided for the administrative staff especially to gain undergraduate degree and Master’s Degree (especially for the librarian). They also entitle to increase their skills in the administrative, IT and English through short course and workshop both in-house and in other national institutions.

UII also supports the faculty member to join international and national Short Course, workshop, Internship, and TOT (Training of Trainers). Simultaneously, UII also provides grant for the faculty member to present their research in reputable International Conferences, incentive for international journal publication (SCOPUS Indexed), incentive for publication in Mass Media, Textbook Grant, and Teaching Improvement Grant.
